Echoes of the jungle
This photographic trip will be completely focused on bird photography in southern Vietnam, exploring some of the best forests and regions in the country for endemic species and highly sought after by nature photographers. The expedition will begin in Ho Chi Minh City, from where we will move to different strategic regions of southern and central Vietnam, including Cat Tien National Park, Da Lat, Di Linh and Da Nang.

Itinerary
The itinerary will be flexible to maximize photographic opportunities depending on bird activity, weather and local conditions. The absolute priority of the trip will be to obtain the best possible photographic experience. This will be a trip designed for nature photographers and birdwatchers looking for a specialized, intense and completely focused experience on tropical birds of Southeast Asia.

Payment policy
Reservation deposit

The reservation deposit is not refundable or transferable to another workshop.

It must be done as soon as possible to block the field in the workshop

It can be done in two pays, one to set aside the field and the other 60 days before the workshop

If the total amount of the deposit is not completed within the stipulated time, the field will be released and deposited amount will be lost.

No fileds will be reserved without deposit.
First Payment

It must be booked with 30% of the value

The final payment must be paid 60 days before the workshop
Cancellation policy

The reservation deposit is not refundable or transferable to another workshop

If you cancel 60 days before the workshop, the money will be refunded minus the administrative cost

If you cancel 60 to 30 days days before the workshop, the money will be refunded 50% of the value paid minus the administrative cost

In case of force majeure inconvenient: Climatic, mechanical, accident or illness and the workshop cannot be taught the staff will negotiate directly with the participants to coordinate their replacement.

Alvaro Wildlife is not responsible for accidents to workshop participants nor will it cover medical expenses if necessary. Durning the workshop, each participant is responsible for their safety and physical integrity.

Punctuality

The workshop starts on a specific date and in punctual manner. All participants must be at the established location for the start day of the workshop. In case of delays due to inconvenience, the participant must be contact a Alvaro Wildlife representative as soon as possible.
Respect

Respect and patience are the basis of a successful workshop. Participants can be at different levels of knowledge about the subject, so patience is required when explaining topics that are already in their domain. The photographing area of each participant must be respected. The disrespect of a participant towards another member of the workshop or staff will not be allowed.
Climate

The tour and its itinerary depend on the weather and may change from one moment to the next. We will always be aware of the best weather conditions to determine where to go and optimize the moment.
